“We recently had the Care Inspectorate in for our inspection and I noticed within myself a confidence and competence to speak about systems and processes I did not understand fully, prior to starting my SVQ 4 with you; in particular, the way we not only assess the risks to the individual young people, but the way we manage and chart this, as well as the triangulation of this throughout their paperwork.  From daily outcomes to how this relates directly back to SHANARI and the promise.
